11/9/19 - Ending a five-year absence from victory lane during the Can-Am World Finals, Jimmy Owens of Newport, Tenn., wrestled the lead from Jonathan Davenport on lap 21 and survived a late bid from Ricky Weiss to capture Saturday night's 50-lap World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series season finale at The Dirt Track at Charlotte. Owens beat Weiss to the finish line by 0.519 of a second to earn $12,000 for his event-best seventh career World Finals triumph but first since 2014.
10/28/19 - Sixth-starting Kyle Bronson of Brandon, Fla., topped third-starting Mark Whitener of Middleburg, Fla., by 1.138 seconds to win Saturday’s Showdown on the Suwannee. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series regular earned $10,000 for winning the unsanctioned special event for Limited Late Models at All-Tech Raceway.
10/19/19 - Regaining the lead from Josh Richards of Shinnston, W.Va., on lap 69, fifth-starting Brandon Sheppard of New Berlin, Ill., led the remaining distance to capture his third career Rhino Ag Dirt Track World Championship victory at Portsmouth Raceway Park. He earned his third $100,000 payday of the season.
